Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. Physical activity can help reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, but only about 22 percent of American adults meet the federal Physical Activity Guidelines. Learn small steps you can take to help you get at least 2 ½ hours of moderate-intensity physical activity every week.
