PIMS is the first center for learning launched by the Society. Established in 2001 under Prathima Educational Society registered under Societies Act. At Karimnagar, Hyderabad with the mission to bring health care of established standards within the reach of every individual to educate the masses of the health and family welfare; commitment to excellence in research, healthcare and medical education.  The people of 9 surrounding districts will be immensely benefited.

Gujarat cancer society was  founded in 1961 and since then it has been providing care to the patient suffering from cancer at M.P.Shah Cancer Hospital, Civil Hospital Compound, Ahmedabad and Community Oncology Centre (COC), Vasna. Till date, lacs of patients have been diagnosed and treated.

In appreciation of the work undertaken by GCS, the Government of Gujarat has given us the responsibility to develop a new medical college. The Government of Gujarat has given 25 acres of land at the New Swadeshi Mill Compound, Naroda Road, Asarwa, Ahmedabad.

The lush green Maharishi Markandeshwar University spread over an area of 47 acres with exotic surroundings of green hills is ideally located on Chandigarh-Shimla National Highway at Sultanpur Road, Solan (H.P.) in the lap of the 'devbhoomi' of great Himalayan. Established as a Multi faculty University in the name of the Maharishi Markandeshwar Ji, a great disciple of Lord Shiva, the foundation stone of the University was laid by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Prem Kumar Dhumal Ji on 22 February 2009.

MediCiti Institute of Medical Sciences is established at Ghanpur, Medchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dist of Telangana by Share Medical Care (NGO), during 2001-2002 over an area of 40 acres in the MediCiti Campus of 200 acres. A 720 bedded multi-specialty MediCiti Hospital functioning at Ghanpur since 1992 is attached to MIMS. MediCiti Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) was started during the year 2002-2003 with annual intake of 100 students. The college has started functioning from 17th October 2002 following admission of 1st batch of students of 100.

Brief History:
Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Medical College, Rajkot was started in June 1995. It now admits 150 (100 Recognised and 50 Permitted) students per year and is the fastest growing medical college of Gujarat with the target of providing sub speciality education in 15 branches of Medicine & Surgery. It is affiliated to Saurashtra University, Rajkot.
The Civil hospital complex at Rajkot actually has the following hospitals with a total inpatient capacity of 750 beds.

Geetanjali Medical College And Hospital, Udaipur was established as a part of the Geetanjali University, Udaipur. The college was initially started with an intake of 150 students. Later, other postgraduate, diploma and superspeciality programmes were also introduced. The college is recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

Mysore Medical College was established in June/July 1924. It is the oldest  and first medical college started and has made a lot of progress.

From the humble beginning it has progressively grown to be one of the foremost institutions of its land in the country.
