Transformed from a District hospital to a fledgling medical college in 2011, Malda Medical College now stands tall as a prestigious institution in the northern region of West Bengal. With its inception in 2011, Malda Medical College obtained the recognition of MCI in 2016 for hundred UG (MBBS) students. Thus began the journey that has witnessed several milestones being achieved one after another. Intake increased to 125 in 2019. Starting of post-graduation course in Paediatrics (MD) after obtaining LOP from MCI is another feat achieved in 2020.

Sree Gokulam Medical College is the brainchild of our Chairman, Sree Gokulam Gopalan, a multifaceted, inspiring visionary and a philanthropic entrepreneur, recognised as one of the brightest luminaries in the contemporary business world.

Understanding the relevance of education and the significance of health, specially in the rural underserved areas, he undertook establishing this institution in Venjaramoodu in the year 2004.

The promoting body of all the Medical & Para Medical Instituitions is Laxmi Memorial Education Trust (R.).The Trust being a Family Trust was registered in the year 1991 in the memory of Late. Laxmi Shetty, mother of Mr. A.J Shetty, who is the President and Managing Director of the Trust. The Trust is accorded the recognition of linguistic minority trust by the Government of Karnataka.

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Ajmer is a government medical college located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. It was established in 1965. It provide medical education with MBBS and MS/MD degrees along with diploma in some medical subjects. It is one of the seven government medical colleges located in Rajasthan. T.D. Medical College is the 1st Medical college in the state which was started under Private Management . This Medical college is situated in the suburban area of Vandanam, 9 km south of the Alappuzha (previously Alleppey) town, facing the NH 47, in Alappuzha district of Kerala State, South India. The initials T.D. stand for Thirumala Devaswom, which in Sanskrit means belonging to the Lord of Thirumala, since this Medical College was started in 1963 under the patronage of the T.D. Temple at Anantha Narayana Puram of Alappuzha.
