Kamineni Academy  of Medical  Sciences  and Research Centre (KAMSRC)  was started in  the year 2012 with goals of "Quality  Medical  Education,  Service to the community,  Ethics and Professionalism  in health care, and Research  and Development."

KAMSRC  is promoted  by Kamineni  Hospitals  Pvt.Ltd.,    L.B.   Nagar,  Hyderabad,  which was established  in  1991.The College was  permitted  by Medical Council of India for annual  admissions of 150 students  in  MBBS Course from the academic  year 2013.

The  Kamineni  Hospitals   with  unparalleled  track  record of over a  two decades  in the service  of mankind,   has grown to be one of the finest  healthcare  facilities  in the state.   Magnificence  of the College  and  Hospital  buildings   complement  the  10.93 acres  landscape.    The  institute  equally boasts  of global standards  when  it  comes to technology.  Its ultramodern  infrastructural  facilities motivate the staff and students  alike,   to scale greater heights. Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (Latin: Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus Chirurgiae; abbreviated in many ways, most commonly MBBS, but also MB ChB, BMBS, MB BCh, MB BChir), is the primary medical degree awarded by medical schools in countries that follow the tradition of the United Kingdom. The purpose of PG education is to create specialists who would provide high quality health care and advance the cause of science through research & training. A post graduate specialist having undergone the required training in anesthesiology should be able to recognize the health needs of the community. The Reconciliation Board of the Academic Committee has attempted to render uniformity without compromise to purpose and content of the document.
