Muzaffarnagar Medical College is promoted by Trust – Fateh Chand Charitable Trust and the Trustees are among prominent academicians, politicians and businessman. Trust is preliminarily taking initiative for the benefit of the society with the objective to provide and promote education in the field of Medical and Health Care services.

Treasurer is Shri Gaurav Swarup, Secretary is Shri Sanjay Gupta and  Vice Chairman is Shri Raghav Swarup .

Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS) is a premier medical institute of India acknowledged as a center of excellence for education. Founded in 1926, the Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College (GSMC) and the King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital are amongst the foremost teaching and medical care providing institutions in India. The medical college (school) provides training to about 2000 students in undergraduate, postgraduate and superspeciality medical courses; in undergraduate and postgraduate physical and occupational therapy; Masters and PhD courses in various allied specialties. A nursing school is also maintained by these institutions.

Integral University is situated in Lucknow, a city known for its culture, etiquette, monuments and role in the freedom struggle. Lucknow is the capital city of the largest state of India, and has a population of about 4.6 million. Lucknow is the capital city of Uttar Pradesh and it has always been a mulcultural city. Integral University has a unique culture of inclusiveness, diversity, personal and intellectual integrity and value-based education.

NEIGRIHMS was established by the Government of India in 1987. It has been designed as a Postgraduate Medical Institute in lineage of AIIMS, New Delhi and PGIMER, Chandigarh. It is the First Postgraduate Medical Institute in the North Eastern Region and the Third in the Country established by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The Institute was registered as a Society on 12th January 1987 by the Registrar of Societies, Meghalaya, Shillong under the name of 

The Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS) is a premier state funded medical college and hospital located in Porompat, Imphal East, Manipur. It was established in 1989 as Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital, commonly referred to as JN Hospital. It has 21 departments, with the addition of a separate Dental College in 2017. As of May 2019, there have been 11 academic batches, nine of the MBBS course and two of the BDS course.

Tripura Medical College & Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Memorial Teaching Hospital or TMC is a State Government Medical College (run by government's society SFTMC " Society For TMC"). The society was formed by Tripura government. TMC is located in the capital town of Tripura, Agartala, India. The college operates the hospital known as Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Memorial Teaching Hospital (previously district hospital.) within the campus.TMC&DrBRAM hospital is one of the best medical college cum hospital in the NE India.

Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) is a government medical college located on the lap of Agartala, the capital city of Tripura. It is at Kunjaban near the Malancha Niwas, home of the Manikya Dynasty in Agartala. The college is attached with the G. B. Pant Hospital, which is the hospital of the college. It is completely run by the Government of Tripura.

Zoram Medical College previously known as Mizoram Institute of Medical Education & Research is the first medical college in Mizoram, India. It was inaugurated on 7 August 2018 by the Chief Minister of Mizoram Lalthanhawla at Falkawn, about 16 km (9.9 mi) from Aizawl, Mizoram. ZMC is expected to meet the growing demand of Doctors in Mizoram.
