The Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram is an internationally recognised centre providing state-of-the-art facilities for cancer diagnosis, treatment, palliation and rehabilitation and conducting a wide range of research on various type of cancers.

This state-owned premier cancer care hospital and research centre is one among 28 centres in India operating under the 'National Cancer Control Programme' of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

The General Public are CAUTIONED not to be lured by any person offering admission to any of the courses conducted by CMC.  The college will not be responsible for any candidates or parents dealing with such person / persons. 

Civil and a criminal court proceeding will be taken up against any person who holds out promises and also uses the institution’s intellectual properties.

This Institute of Cancer is governed by a Governing Body under the Chairmanship of the Hon'ble Minister, Health & Family Welfare, Odisha as per the rules and regulations of the Government of Odisha and its own Bye-laws. There is an Executive Committee chaired by the Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Department of Health & FW to supervise the affairs of the society, issue directions and empower the Director as they deem proper to attain the over all objectives subject to the guidelines issued by the Governing Body.

I take over as Dr K.A. Dinshaw superannuates after an illustrious career of 13 years. The years have been well utilized to evolve the process necessary to run for the quest of cancer (QC) and we now address ourselves to that purpose. The quest for cancer will have implications on affordability, innovation on one hand and delivery dissemination of standard of care, development of infrastructure and human resource on the other.
