Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science and Research, Srinagar, Pauri Garhwal is first government college of Uttarakhand. Medical Council of India has given permission for admission of 100 M.B.B. S students in June 2008, which has been increased currently to 125 M.B.B.S. seats.

BGS Global Institute of Medical Sciences (BGSGIMS) affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) has been established to impart quality medical education and spawn dedicated healthcare professionals for services in the society. The institute is equipped with state-of-the art classrooms and ultra-modern laboratories to create a conducive environment for teaching, learning and patient care. The Institute inculcates some of the most progressive teaching and learning techniques to both students and teachers.

Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan a great visionary, philanthropist, a social reformer was born on 6th September 1935. Though he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth but his eternal desire to serve the poor and needy Indian Muslim Community made him to choose a life full of battles and challenges. He was graduated from Stanley Medical College, Chennai and studied M.S. in Madras University. His contribution in the field of education, health care, Banking etc. in the form of Al-Ameen Movement can mesmerize anybody.

             Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital was started from the academic year 2003-04 with the aim of providing excellent medical education run by Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust established in 1984 and it has come under the ambit of BHARATH INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION & RESEARCH in the year 2004. The hospital stated under graduate -MBBS admission of 100 per academic year from the year 2003-2004 onwards. Our college has started Postgraduate courses from the academic year from 2009 -2010 with an annual intake of 60 seats in various broad specialities.

M.M. Patel Public Charitable Trust is a Public Trust and it has been registered as P.T.R. no. E-702 Solapur. This trust has been established by the Patel family members by self earned income. The Government of Maharashtra has given approval in principle to the starting of a medical college by the Trust. The project of the Medical College and the Hospital being erected at and post Kumbhari, South Solapur.

Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre (SRMC) is a quaternary care multi-specialty hospital. The medical Centre was founded as a teaching hospital of Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute in 1985, with the intention of translating the experience and expertise in medical education into tangible and affordable health care to the community. It was founded by Late NPV Ramasway Udayar in 1985.
