The Shadan Educational Society is to provide best health care facilities to the people of local and neighbouring regions. Hence it strived to established a medical college. A well equipped teaching hospital is also necessary for the benefit of the students. Keeping in view of these objectives, the society had taken up and  constructed a hospital with all specialties which would provide teaching facility for both under Graduate and Post Graduate students.

The Hyderabad Medical School which came into existence in 1846 A.D. was the fore-runner of Osmania Medical College. The medium of instruction was Urdu, the degree was Hakeem. Last two decades of the nineteenth century was the glorious period of this school. Seventh and the last Nizam of Hyderabad Nawab Mir Osman Ali Khan established Osmania University in 1919 A.D. and in the following year the Hyderabad Medical College. In 1957 A.D. Hyderabad became the Capital of enlarged Andhra Pradesh. Tremendous zeal and enthusiasm were evident to achieve all-round progress in medical education.

ABOUT GMC

Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar is a medical school and tertiary Care hospital established at Edira, Mahabubngar district, State of Telangana. The medical college is located on a 50 acre land. The intake of students in this college is 150 per year for MBBS degree course. The college is affiliated to the kaloji Narayana Rao University of health sciences, Warangal, Telangana.

Overview
Kamineni Academy  of Medical  Sciences  and Research Centre (KAMSRC)  was started in  the year 2012 with goals of "Quality  Medical  Education,  Service to the community,  Ethics and Professionalism  in health care, and Research  and Development."

KAMSRC  is promoted  by Kamineni  Hospitals  Pvt.Ltd.,    L.B.   Nagar,  Hyderabad,  which was established  in  1991.The College was  permitted  by Medical Council of India for annual  admissions of 150 students  in  MBBS Course from the academic  year 2013.

Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences, Teaching Hospital and Research Centre is promoted by Ayaan Educational Society and founded by Dr. Mohd. Vizarath Rasool Khan. The teaching hospital is having 300 beds which is expandable to 700 beds in a span of another 3 years. The hospital is a multi speciality hospital and has qualified and competent staff and deals with all kinds of medical and surgical needs of patients. The hospital functions 24 hours for all days and also provides emergency services.

OVERVIEW

Kakatiya Medical College was founded in 1959 by the Warangal Regional Medical Education society with the active support of then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Neelam Sanjiva Reddy, the Director of Medical Services of A.P and the Warangal District Collector to provide medical education for register of the Telangana region of the state.

About 150 yrs ago, in 1851, Gandhi hospital was stared initially as an Infirmary of 3 wards, developed into a Cantonment Hospital with 95 beds in 1900. It has progressed to King Edward Memorial Hospital in 1913 and has grown into a teaching hospital in 1958 for Gandhi Medical College with present bed strength of 1200.
 Presently it is a premier institution of Post-doctoral medical education and training which is fulfilling the medical and health requirements of not only twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad but also the surrounding districts.

Hospital is a premier community health care center, serving a wide range spectrum of patient population with its excellent treatment and care oriented services.The Hospital is in the nascent stage and yet has become popular for practicing medical excellence and service to the needy at very minimal prices. Hence, it has succeeded in the treating patients from diverse population with considerable empathy. The hospital functions under the aegis of RVM Charitable Trust. The outlook of the society is philanthropic in nature and is registered with Govt. of Telangana.
