About us
In consonance with the recommendations of the Bhore Committee and the Planning Commission, the Central Health Education Bureau (C.H.E.B.) was created in the year 1956. The publicity Unit of the Directorate General of Health Services which has existed for several years before, was merged with this newly created institute. The Bureau which started with one unit and few staff members in 1956 grew in size and activities gradually and had seven Divisions with trained technical personnel and one administrative division.

Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa is promoted by MOHAMMADIYA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, a registered society in India. The area of operations of the society shall be initially confined to the Revenue limits of Kadapa district, and shall be extended to other places in Andhra Pradesh, as well as in other states in India in pursuance of its objectives. It belongs to AQJ - Group of Institutions.

This Institute of Cancer is governed by a Governing Body under the Chairmanship of the Hon'ble Minister, Health & Family Welfare, Odisha as per the rules and regulations of the Government of Odisha and its own Bye-laws. There is an Executive Committee chaired by the Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Department of Health & FW to supervise the affairs of the society, issue directions and empower the Director as they deem proper to attain the over all objectives subject to the guidelines issued by the Governing Body.
The college is situated in a sprawling area of 21.02 acres with the attached hospital at a distance of 5kms away from it within the township of Balangir. The hospital is laid in an area of 12 acres. At the college site, the academic block, administrative block, auditorium, faculty and staff quarters, UG-Boys’ hostel, UG-Girls’ Hostel, Residents’ Hostel, cafeteria, playground, gymnasium etc, have been established.
The hospital has 300 beds with service facility of all the regular clinical departments along with ICU, ICCU, SNCU and separate OPD for each clinical department
Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College & General Hospital is located at Ambegaon, Narhe, Pune. It is founded by President Prof. M. N. Navale and named after the mother of Prof. M. N. Navale. Our Founder
Fr Muller was sent to India from Venice as one of the 8 Jesuits to teach French and Mathematics in the newly opened St Aloysius College, in Mangalore. He was not only a product of Fordham University in USA, but also homoeopath, trained under two of the most eminent doctors in Paris. He even possessed the secrets of manufacturing quality homoe medicines. His name as a physician spread when he successfully treated students under a banyan tree in the College for a variety of ailments and soon elders too joined a long line of patients.
The field of Medicine is one where science and social commitments walk hand in hand. In order to fulfill the dream of creating such committed doctors, MAEER’S MIT Pune, established, Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research (MIMER) in the year 1995 at Talegaon Dabhade, near Pune, India.The institute originally affiliated to the University of Pune, is now under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Nashik, and is recognized by Medical Council of India. The college provides facilities for the MBBS courses with intake capacity of 150 students.
